Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order, please allow apx 5 BUSINESS DAYS (doesn't include weekends or holidays) to process your order. If there is a sale or an influx of orders, it may take longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary, but on average it will take about 2-5 business days for you to receive your item once it's shipped. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Be sure to check my site banner and/or social media for any recent overall shipping updates. If there's any issues, I will personally email you with the email you provided when placing your order.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status via USPS.com

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after the shipping label is created.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us directly at: contact.creativelyerica@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and it's in it's original condition, we will refund the full order amount MINUS the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: contact.creativelyerica@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution!
